Anna devotes herself to her work to escape from her cold marital relationship. Despite her worries at home, Anna at work has a reputation for being kind and charming to everyone. One of her co-workers, Yano, is in love with her. He invites her out for tea to cheer her up, but when they are alone, he ends up confessing his feelings to her.
